I was expecting another trashy, juicy, Des Barres-style account of groupie life in Los Angeles. This book has a bit of that, but is also tells a bizzare Hollywood tale of family dysfunction. Adults and mature teens Though an entertaining read, I would not name it as one of my favorite female memoirs of the time period.
