4.0 StarsI've read a few books by Samantha Wayland, but I think this has been my favorite read she's penned by far. Hot & romantic with a bit of mystery and whodunnit. I really liked Philip and how he threw himself headlong into his attraction to Mark with only a bit of fear trying to hold him back - fear he just rationalized away with... I just love how easy Samanthas writing is to read. I honestly started, and the next thing I know my kindle is telling me Im forty percent of the way through. It was emotional, hot and they all just drew me into their world. The sense of danger was a nice touch and while it never got too close (other than briefly once) the fact that... I can't put my finger on it, but I just wasn't feeling it.
