I've only recently discovered the wonderful thing that is audiobooks. Only a few months back I listened to my first one and was hooked. However I do find that my enjoyment has a lot to do with the narrator. If it's not how I imagined, I can find my mind drifting a little while I'm reading. But I didn't have that problem once with Crossing... Crossing the Ice is a wonderful story about skating, romance, and what it means to go after what you want. This is one of my first books by Jennifer and it certainly won't be my last. It's also my first time doing a review (& listening to) an audio book! Yes, that's right. This was my first ever audio book. It's set off my buying four... Since I listened to this one, I'll start with the narrator. Emily Stokes is the narrator. I thought the narration was fine. Some of her voices seemed dramatic but there is was nothing that had me wanting to stop listening. I'm not sure the quality of the audio was as good as it could have been. There were just some odd places with strange...
