Easy to read (I don't think Carter has written anything other than those type books) textbook for mid- to late-teens. I didn't realize on picking up this book that it was aimed at a teen audience. It's a bit simplistic for an adult reader, but still provides some basic background information on mediating and conflict. What a prolific writer!
