I was very disappointed with this book. I really liked the other books in this series so I was looking forward to reading this. I could not seem to connect to the characters they all just seemed flat and one dimensional. Which is weird because I liked Alex in the other books. I had a real problem with Sydney as she came off as stupid... Swept away, that's what this series does to me. I absolutely love this time traveling series with it's vampires and humans. The author has a way of writing the time traveling with a seamless style that keeps you wanting more. I'm normally not a fan of triad relationships even though this one doesn't start out that way, but this one... An excellent addition to this wonderful series. The story transported me to a world in vampires and time-travel. This story held me spellbound from beginning to end, I couldnt put it down. The characters are likable and very in-depth and the chemistry/sex is on fire. I loved it!
