It would've gotten 4 stars without that bit of noble idiocy at the end. I just hated that both characters took turns thinking they weren't good enough *sigh* Secret Life of Scoundrels fans As, usual, Ms. Harrington takes her readers on a well-written, wild, romantic ride, featuring well-rounded characters. The carriage love scene--Oh, my stars! A mystery and happy endings. My only complaint is I wish the "mystery" could have been more developed earlier; but it's a good one. Romance fans will not be disappointed.
